Thosen, an IPS officer of Madhya Pradesh cadre, is serving as the Special Director General of the Border Security Force (BSF). The Sashastra Seema Bal Bal guards the country’s borders with Nepal (1,751 km) and Bhutan (699 km).
मौजूदा डीजी कुमार राजेश चंद्रा के पिछले साल 31 दिसंबर को सेवानिवृत्त होने के बाद से एसएसबी प्रमुख का पद खाली पड़ा है। भारत-तिब्बत सीमा पुलिस (ITBP) के DG संजय अरोड़ा तब से सशस्त्र सीमा बल DG का अतिरिक्त प्रभार संभाल रहे हैं।

The government wants to create international standards and venues for all Olympic Games in Ahmedabad with Sardar Patel Sports Complex, Narendra Modi Stadium, Naranpura Sports Complex, and three more sports complexes in Ahmedabad. Union Minister for Home Affairs and Cooperation Amit Shah on Sunday (May 29) laid the foundation stone of an Olympic level sports complex in Ahmedabad, Gujarat at a cost of Rs 632 crore. The world-class sports stadium is set on 18 acres in the Naranpura neighborhood of Ahmedabad, with facilities for play and training in a variety of indoor and outdoor activities, including swimming. It can seat 7,000 people at a time.
