These species of wild cats inhabit dense forests from the foothills of the Himalayas through mainland Southeast Asia to the south of China. व्याख्या:- इंटरनेशनल क्लाउडेड लेपर्ड डे हर साल 4 अगस्त को मनाया जाता है। यह जानवरों की सबसे सुंदर और लुप्तप्राय प्रजातियों में से एक के बारे में जागरूकता बढ़ाने के लिए मनाया जाता है – क्लाउडेड लेपर्ड – कैद और जंगली दोनों में उनकी संख्या में सुधार करने के लिए है। इस जानवर को अन्य नामों से जाना जाता है, उनमें से एक मुख्य भूमि बादल वाला तेंदुआ है। जंगली बिल्लियों की ये प्रजातियाँ हिमालय की तलहटी से मुख्य भूमि दक्षिण पूर्व एशिया के माध्यम से चीन के दक्षिण में घने जंगलों में निवास करती हैं। अनुमान है कि जंगल में रहने वाले 10,000 से कम बादल वाले तेंदुए हैं।

It is celebrated to raise awareness about one of the most beautiful and endangered species of animals – Clouded Leopard – to improve their numbers both in captivity and in the wild. This animal is known by other names, among them One is the mainland clouded leopard.
