चार दिवसीय भारत अंतर्राष्ट्रीय विज्ञान महोत्सव का 7 वां संस्करण 10 से 13 दिसंबर, 2021 तक पणजी, गोवा में आयोजित होने वाला है। 2021 में उत्सव का विषय “समृद्ध भारत के लिए विज्ञान, प्रौद्योगिकी और नवाचार में रचनात्मकता का जश्न मनाना” है। पहला IISF 2015 में नई दिल्ली में आयोजित किया गया था।

The 7th edition of the four-day India International Science Festival is scheduled to be held in Panaji, Goa from December 10 to 13, 2021. The theme of the festival in 2021 is “Celebrating Creativity in Science, Technology and Innovation for a Prosperous India”. The first IISF was held in 2015 in New Delhi.

प्रोफेसर जयशंकर तेलंगाना राज्य कृषि विश्वविद्यालय के कुलपति (वीसी), वी प्रवीण राव ने 2017-19 की अवधि के लिए 7 वां डॉ एम एस स्वामीनाथन पुरस्कार जीता। यह एक द्विवार्षिक राष्ट्रीय (प्रत्येक 2 वर्ष) पुरस्कार है जो सेवानिवृत्त ICAR (भारतीय कृषि अनुसंधान परिषद) कर्मचारी संघ और नुज़िवेडु सीड्स लिमिटेड द्वारा प्रस्तुत किया गया था। इसमें 2 लाख रुपये का नकद पुरस्कार और एक प्रशस्ति पत्र दिया जाता है।

Professor Jayashankar Telangana State Agricultural University Vice Chancellor (VC), V Praveen Rao won the 7th Dr M S Swaminathan Award for the period 2017-19. It is a biennial national (every 2 years) award which was presented by the retired ICAR (Indian Council of Agricultural Research) Employees Association and Nuzivedu Seeds Limited. It carries a cash prize of Rs 2 lakh and a citation.

World Day of the Handicapped is also known as the International Day of People with Disability (IDPD). It is observed on 3 December to raise awareness about understanding and accepting people with disabilities. The theme for 2021 is “Leadership and participation of persons with disabilities toward an inclusive, accessible and sustainable post-COVID-19 world.”

Indian Institute of Technology Madras incubated startup, GUVI has roped in Indian woman cricketer Smriti Mandhana as its brand ambassador. As GUVI’s brand ambassador, Smriti Mandhana will be the face of GUVI and will be involved in GUVI’s online campaigns, which aim to strengthen the importance and scope of technical education and information technology skills.

दिनयार पटेल द्वारा लिखित और हार्वर्ड यूनिवर्सिटी प्रेस द्वारा प्रकाशित ‘नौरोजी: पायनियर ऑफ इंडियन नेशनलिज्म’ शीर्षक वाली जीवनी को चौथे कमलादेवी चट्टोपाध्याय एनआईएफ (न्यू इंडिया फाउंडेशन) बुक प्राइज 2021 के विजेता के रूप में चुना गया। दादा भाई नौरोजी के जीवन की घटनाओं और विरासत को बुकमार्क किया। इसमें 19वीं शताब्दी के दौरान भारत के राष्ट्रीय आंदोलन की ऐतिहासिक पृष्ठभूमि भी शामिल है।

A biography titled ‘Naoroji: Pioneer of Indian Nationalism’ authored by Dinyar Patel and published by Harvard University Press has been selected as the winner of the 4th Kamaladevi Chattopadhyay NIF (New India Foundation) Book Prize 2021. Bookmarked the life events and legacy of Dadabhai Naoroji. It also contains the historical background of the national movement of India during the 19th century.

On 24 November 2021, he was first elected as the PM, but later resigned after his coalition partner (Green Party) quit the government and failed to pass the budget. The Parliament of Sweden is known as the Riksdag. Sweden is the last Nordic country to have a female prime minister.

The Economist Intelligence Unit has announced the Worldwide Cost of Living Index 2021. According to the index, Tel Aviv, Israel has become the world’s most expensive city to live in in 2021, followed by Paris, France and Singapore in joint second place, followed by Zurich and Hong Kong at fourth and fifth place respectively.

प्रसिद्ध तेलुगु फिल्म गीतकार और पद्म श्री पुरस्कार से सम्मानित, ‘सिरिवेनेला’ चेम्बोलु सीताराम शास्त्री का 66 वर्ष की आयु में निधन हो गया। उनका जन्म 20 मई, 1955 को आंध्र प्रदेश के विशाखापत्तनम जिले के अनकापल्ले गांव में हुआ था। उन्होंने के विश्वनाथ द्वारा निर्देशित फिल्म ‘जननी जन्मभूमि ‘ में अपना पहला गाना लॉन्च किया। 

Noted Telugu film lyricist and Padma Shri awardee, ‘Sirivenela’ Chembolu Sitaram Sastri passed away at the age of 66. He was born on May 20, 1955 in Anakapalle village of Visakhapatnam district of Andhra Pradesh. She launched her first song in the film ‘Janani Janmabhoomi’ directed by K Vishwanath.

लेफ्टिनेंट जनरल मनोज कुमार मागो ने राष्ट्रीय रक्षा कॉलेज, नई दिल्ली के कमांडेंट के रूप में पदभार ग्रहण किया है। वह लुधियाना के रहने वाले हैं, एनडीसी में असाइनमेंट दिए जाने से पहले बठिंडा में 10 कोर की कमान संभाल रहे थे, जिसमें देश के सबसे वरिष्ठ सैन्य अधिकारियों, नागरिक अधिकारी और भारतीय पुलिस सेवा के बीच एक रणनीतिक संस्कृति विकसित करना शामिल है। लेफ्टिनेंट जनरल मागो, जो भारतीय सैन्य अकादमी, देहरादून से उत्तीर्ण हुए, को 1984 में गार्ड्स ब्रिगेड की 7वीं बटालियन में कमीशन किया गया था। बाद में उन्होंने 16 गार्ड्स की कमान संभाली।

Lt Gen Manoj Kumar Mago has taken over as the Commandant of the National Defense College, New Delhi. Hailing from Ludhiana, he was commanding 10 Corps in Bathinda before being given an assignment at the NDC, which involves developing a strategic culture amongst the country’s most senior military officers, civilian officers and the Indian Police Service. Lt Gen Mago, who passed out from the Indian Military Academy, Dehradun, was commissioned into the 7th Battalion of the Guards Brigade in 1984. He later commanded 16 Guards.

Nagaland DGP T. John Longkumer officially launched the ‘Call your Cop’ mobile App at Police Headquarters in Kohima. The App was developed by Excellogics Tech Solutions Pvt Ltd. The App will enable all citizens of the state especially those in distress to get in touch directly with the police as easily available with just one click away.
