उत्तर प्रदेश के मुख्यमंत्री योगी आदित्यनाथ ने घोषणा की है कि यूपी सरकार ने झांसी, यूपी में झांसी रेलवे स्टेशन का नाम बदलकर रानी लक्ष्मीबाई के नाम पर “वीरांगना लक्ष्मीबाई रेलवे स्टेशन” कर दिया है। यह घोषणा यूपी के मुख्यमंत्री योगी आदित्यनाथ ने की। इस आशय का एक नोटिफिकेशन यूपी सरकार की ओर से जारी किया गया है और रेलवे ने बदलाव को लागू करने की तैयारी शुरू कर दी है। इससे पहले मुगलसराय रेलवे स्टेशन का नाम बदलकर पं. दीन दयाल उपाध्याय जंक्शन और फैजाबाद रेलवे स्टेशन को अयोध्या कैंट के रूप में।

Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has announced that the UP government has changed the name of Jhansi Railway Station in Jhansi, UP to “Veerangana Laxmibai Railway Station” after Rani Laxmibai. This announcement was made by UP Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath. A notification to this effect has been issued by the UP government and the Railways has started preparing to implement the change. Earlier Mughalsarai railway station was renamed as Pt. Deen Dayal Upadhyay Junction and Faizabad railway station as Ayodhya Cantt.

सिक्किम के राज्यपाल गंगा प्रसाद ने नई सड़क का नाम नरेंद्र मोदी मार्ग रखा है। राज्यपाल ने काबी लुंगचोक के नीचे की सड़क को क्योंगसाला से 4 मील की दूरी पर देखा। यह जवाहर लाल नेहरू मार्ग का एक विकल्प है। राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग 310 पर राष्ट्रीय स्मारक सीमा सड़क संगठन द्वारा बनाया गया था। भारतीय पर्यटकों के लिए नाथुला बॉर्डर तक पहुंचना आसान होगा। सीमा सड़क संगठन द्वारा निर्मित इस खंड ने गंगटोक और त्सोमगो झील के बीच की दूरी को 15 किमी कम कर दिया है।

Sikkim Governor Ganga Prasad has named the new road as Narendra Modi Marg. The governor saw the road below Kabi Lungchok, 4 miles from Kyongsala. It is an alternative to Jawahar Lal Nehru Marg. The National Memorial on National Highway 310 was built by the Border Roads Organisation. It will be easy for Indian tourists to reach Nathula border. This section, constructed by the Border Roads Organisation, has reduced the distance between Gangtok and Tsomgo Lake by 15 km.

वरिष्ठ राजनयिक अनुपम रे को जिनेवा में निरस्त्रीकरण पर संयुक्त राष्ट्र सम्मेलन में भारत के अगले स्थायी प्रतिनिधि के रूप में नियुक्त किया गया है। 1994 बैच के भारतीय विदेश सेवा के अधिकारी रे वर्तमान में दिल्ली में विदेश मंत्रालय के मुख्यालय में संयुक्त सचिव के रूप में कार्यरत हैं। रे पंकज शर्मा का स्थान लेंगे। 1991 बैच के भारतीय विदेश सेवा के अधिकारी शर्मा को मेक्सिको में भारत का अगला राजदूत नियुक्त किया गया है।

Senior diplomat Anupam Ray has been appointed as the next Permanent Representative of India to the United Nations Conference on Disarmament in Geneva. Ray, a 1994-batch Indian Foreign Service officer, is currently serving as Joint Secretary at the Headquarters of the Ministry of External Affairs in Delhi. Ray will replace Pankaj Sharma. Sharma, a 1991 batch Indian Foreign Service officer, has been appointed as the next Ambassador of India to Mexico.

Mohammed Shami has become the 11th Indian bowler to take 200 wickets in Test cricket in just 55 Test matches. During the process, he became the only 5th Indian fast bowler to take 200 wickets in the purest format of the game. Also, Shami is the third fastest Indian fast bowler to reach this milestone as Kapil Dev and Javagal Srinath have taken 200 Test wickets in 50 and 54 Tests respectively.

China has announced a five-year roadmap to achieve its goal of becoming a global robotics innovation hub by the year 2025. China’s Ministry of Industry and Information Technology revealed that operating income from the country’s robotics industry is expected to grow by about 20% per year between 2021 and 2025. From 2016 to 2020, the sector expanded at an average growth rate of 15%. Operating income crossed 100 billion yuan ($15.69 billion) for the first time last year.

केरल पशु चिकित्सा और पशु विज्ञान विश्वविद्यालय के तहत पोल्ट्री प्रजनन, मन्नुथी पर अखिल भारतीय समन्वित अनुसंधान परियोजना ने 2021 के लिए राष्ट्रीय नस्ल संरक्षण पुरस्कार प्राप्त किया। केंद्र ने राज्य से एकमात्र पंजीकृत देशी चिकन नस्ल, टेलिचेरी नस्ल पर संरक्षण और अनुसंधान गतिविधियों के लिए आईसीएआर – राष्ट्रीय पशु आनुवंशिक संसाधन ब्यूरो (एनबीएजीआर) से प्रतिष्ठित पुरस्कार प्राप्त किया।

The All India Coordinated Research Project on Poultry Breeding, Mannuthi under Kerala University of Veterinary and Animal Sciences has received the National Breed Conservation Award for 2021. The Center received the prestigious award from ICAR – National Bureau of Animal Genetic Resources (NBAGR) for conservation and research activities on Tellicherry breed, the only registered indigenous chicken breed from the state.

जम्मू-कश्मीर के अल्पाइन स्कीयर आरिफ मोहम्मद खान अगले साल 4 फरवरी से बीजिंग में होने वाले शीतकालीन ओलंपिक के दो अलग-अलग आयोजनों के लिए क्वालीफाई करने वाले पहले भारतीय एथलीट बन गए हैं। दुबई में ओलंपिक क्वालीफायर में अल्पाइन स्कीइंग स्लैलम श्रेणी में अपना पहला शीतकालीन ओलंपिक टिकट बुक करने के एक महीने बाद खान ने हाल ही में अपने दूसरे आयोजन – विशाल स्लैलम के लिए क्वालीफाई करके दुर्लभ उपलब्धि हासिल की।

Jammu and Kashmir-based alpine skier Arif Mohammed Khan has become the first Indian athlete to qualify for two different events of the Winter Olympics, set to be held in Beijing from February 4, next year. Khan achieved the rare feat recently by qualifying for the his second event — giant slalom — a month after booking his first Winter Olympics ticket in alpine skiing slalom category in an Olympic qualifier in Dubai.
