अशोक बिल्डकॉन के प्रबंध निदेशक और प्रमोटर सतीश पारेख ने इंटरनेशनल रोड फेडरेशन (IRF) के इंडिया अध्यक्ष के रूप में पदभार संभाला है. इंटरनेशनल रोड फेडरेशन की गवर्निंग काउंसिल ने सर्वसम्मति से सतीश पारेख को IRF-IC के अध्यक्ष के रूप में चुना है। उन्होंने केंद्रीय सड़क अनुसंधान संस्थान के पूर्व निदेशक शुभमय गंगोपाध्याय का स्थान लिया है। जिनेवा स्थित वैश्विक सड़क सुरक्षा निकाय IRF दुनिया भर में बेहतर और सुरक्षित सड़कों के लिए काम कर रहा है।

Satish Parekh, Managing Director and Promoter of Ashok Buildcon has taken over as the India President of International Road Federation (IRF). The Governing Council of the International Road Federation has unanimously elected Satish Parekh as the President of IRF-IC. He replaces Shubmay Gangopadhyay, former director of the Central Road Research Institute. Geneva-based global road safety body IRF is working for better and safer roads around the world.

The day is organised by the International Association for Suicide Prevention (IASP) on 10 September. The main objective of the day is to raise awareness across the globe that suicide can be prevented. Over 300 activities in around 70 countries in past years were reported to IASP including educational and commemorative events, press briefings and conferences also Facebook and Twitter coverage.

Uttarakhand Governor Baby Rani Maurya has resigned from her post on September 08, 2021, almost two years before completing her term, citing personal reasons. Baby Rani Maurya, 64, was appointed as the Governor of Uttarakhand in August 2018, replacing Krishan Kant Paul. Before becoming the governor of Uttarakhand, she served as the mayor of Agra in Uttar Pradesh from 1995 to 2000.

केंद्रीय पर्यावरण, वन और जलवायु परिवर्तन मंत्री, भूपेंद्र यादव ने देश भर के 132 शहरों में वायु प्रदूषण के नियमन के लिए PRANA नामक पोर्टल लॉन्च किया है। PRANA का पूरा नाम Portal for Regulation of Air pollution in Non-Attainment cities है। पोर्टल (prana.cpcb.gov.in) शहर की हवाई कार्य योजना के कार्यान्वयन की भौतिक और वित्तीय स्थिति पर नज़र रखने के साथ-साथ जनता को वायु गुणवत्ता पर जानकारी प्रसारित करने में सहायता करेगा।

Union Minister of Environment, Forest and Climate Change, Bhupendra Yadav has launched a portal named PRANA for regulation of air pollution in 132 cities across the country. The full name of PRANA is Portal for Regulation of Air pollution in Non-Attainment cities. The portal (prana.cpcb.gov.in) will help in disseminating information on air quality to the public along with tracking the physical and financial status of the implementation of the city’s air action plan.
