दिवंगत फिलीपीन तानाशाह फर्डिनेंड मार्कोस के बेटे फर्डिनेंड “बोंगबोंग” मार्कोस जूनियर ने फिलीपींस के राष्ट्रपति चुनाव 2022 में 30.8 मिलियन से अधिक वोटों के साथ जीत का दावा किया है। इस जीत से मार्कोस राजवंश की सत्ता में वापस हो गयी है। हालाँकि चुनाव परिणामों के विरोध में सैकड़ों लोग एकत्र हुए थे। Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr., son of the late Philippine dictator Ferdinand Marcos, has claimed victory in the 2022 Philippines presidential election with over 30.8 million votes. With this victory the Marcos dynasty returned to power. However, hundreds of people had gathered to protest the election results.

This scheme has been launched to provide financial assistance of Rs.10,000 per acre (up to 10 acres) to farmers who feed and supply fodder to Gaushalas. The rationale behind this scheme is to cover the state’s fodder shortage and growing stray cattle. Under Direct Benefit Transfer the subsidy will be deposited directly into the account of the farmer.

भारतीय संगीत संगीतकार और संतूर वादक, पंडित शिवकुमार शर्मा का 84 वर्ष की आयु में निधन हो गया। वह पिछले छह महीनों से गुर्दे से संबंधित समस्याओं से पीड़ित थे और डायलिसिस पर थे। कार्डियक अरेस्ट के कारण उनका निधन हो गया। उन्होंने संतूर को एक शास्त्रीय दर्ज़ा दिया और इसे अन्य पारंपरिक और प्रसिद्ध वाद्ययंत्रों जैसे सितार और सरोद के साथ ऊंचा किया। इससे पहले संतूर जम्मू-कश्मीर का एक अल्पज्ञात वाद्य यंत्र था। पंडित शिवकुमार शर्मा को सन् 1991 में प्रतिष्ठित पद्मश्री और सन् 2001 में पद्म विभूषण से सम्मानित किया गया। Indian music composer and santoor player, Pandit Shivkumar Sharma passed away at the age of 84. He was suffering from kidney-related problems for the past six months and was on dialysis. He died due to cardiac arrest. He gave the santoor a classical status and elevated it along with other traditional and famous instruments such as the sitar and the sarod. Earlier the santoor was a little known musical instrument of Jammu and Kashmir. Pandit Shivkumar Sharma was awarded the prestigious Padma Shri in 1991 and Padma Vibhushan in 2001.

The Royal Gold Medal is one of the world’s highest honors for architecture by the Royal Institute of British Architects, London, United Kingdom. The 2022 Honors Committee selecting the Royal Gold Medalists was chaired by Simon Allford, President of The Royal Institute of British Architects, and other eminent personalities from the field. The Royal Gold Medal is personally approved by Queen Elizabeth. It is given to people who have had a significant impact on the advancement of architecture.

It is called the Bach Long Pedestrian Bridge of Vietnam, which is 632 m (2,073 ft) long and stands 150 m (492 ft) above a vast forest. As per reports, the Asian country has opened a glass-bottomed bridge over a lush green forest. It breaks the record for the longest glass bottom bridge ever built in Guangdong, China at 526 metres.
