भारत सरकार के जनजातीय मामलों के मंत्रालय ने तेलंगाना में मेदाराम जतारा 2022 महोत्सव के लिए 2.26 करोड़ रुपये मंजूर किए हैं। 2022 में, यह उत्सव 16 फरवरी से 19 फरवरी, 2022 तक आयोजित किया जा रहा है। कुंभ मेले के बाद मेदाराम जतारा भारत का दूसरा सबसे बड़ा मेला है। मेदाराम जतारा देवी सम्मक्का और सरलम्मा के सम्मान में आयोजित किया जाता है। 1998 में इसे स्टेट फेस्टिवल घोषित किया गया था।

The Ministry of Tribal Affairs, Government of India has sanctioned Rs 2.26 crore for the Medaram Jatara 2022 Festival in Telangana. In 2022, this festival is being organized from February 16 to February 19, 2022. Medaram Jatara is the second largest fair in India after Kumbh Mela. Medaram Jatara is held in honor of Devi Sammakka and Saralamma. In 1998 it was declared a state festival.

Sandeep Bakshi has been named Business Standard Banker of the Year 2020-21. He is the Managing Director (MD) and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of ICICI Bank. The winner was selected by a 5-member jury headed by SS Mundra, former deputy governor of the Reserve Bank of India. For 2020-21, ICICI Bank reported a net profit of Rs 16,193 crore as against Rs 7,931 crore during the previous financial year.

South African Test sensation Keegan Pietersen and England women’s team captain Heather Knight were named the ICC Players of the Month for January 2022. In the men’s category, South African batsman Keegan Pietersen was a sensation during the home Test series against India. He ended the series as the highest run-scorer with 276 runs and was named Player of the Series.

His last Bollywood song was Bhankas for the 2020 film Baaghi 3.

आईएएस विनीत जोशी को केंद्रीय माध्यमिक शिक्षा बोर्ड का नया अध्यक्ष नियुक्त किया गया है। वह आईएएस मनोज आहूजा की जगह लेते हैं, जिन्हें कृषि और किसान कल्याण विभाग में विशेष कर्तव्य अधिकारी (ओएसडी) के रूप में नियुक्त किया गया है। मणिपुर कैडर के 1992 बैच के आईएएस अधिकारी श्री जोशी शिक्षा मंत्रालय के तहत उच्च शिक्षा विभाग में अतिरिक्त सचिव हैं। वह राष्ट्रीय परीक्षण एजेंसी के महानिदेशक भी हैं। 2010 में भी उन्हें सीबीएसई अध्यक्ष की जिम्मेदारी मिली।

IAS Vineet Joshi has been appointed as the new chairman of the Central Board of Secondary Education. He replaces IAS Manoj Ahuja, who has been appointed as the Officer on Special Duty (OSD) in the Department of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare. Shri Joshi, a 1992 batch IAS officer of Manipur cadre, is Additional Secretary in the Department of Higher Education under the Ministry of Education. He is also the Director General of the National Testing Agency. In 2010 also he got the responsibility of CBSE President.

The Andhra Pradesh Police initiated ‘Operation Parivartan’, a special operation undertaken to eliminate the cultivation and supply of cannabis. An initiative of this magnitude has never been taken up before and it, therefore, pushes the state’s ‘United Fight Against Drugs’. As a part of the operation, Andhra Pradesh DGP Gautam Sawang on Saturday destroyed 2 lakh kilograms of cannabis in Visakhapatnam.

डाबर इंडिया पूरी तरह से प्लास्टिक वेस्ट न्यूट्रल बनने वाली पहली भारतीय कंज्यूमर गुड्स कंपनी बन गई है। इसने वित्त वर्ष 2021-22 के दौरान लगभग 27,000 मीट्रिक टन पोस्ट-कंज्यूमर प्लास्टिक कचरे का संग्रह, प्रसंस्करण और पुनर्चक्रण करके ऐसा किया है। डाबर ने रीसाइक्लिंग के साथ अपने प्लास्टिक पैकेजिंग उपयोग को पार करने का मील का पत्थर हासिल किया है। प्लास्टिक कचरा प्रबंधन नियम के तहत डाबर की प्लास्टिक कचरा प्रबंधन पहल 2017-18 में शुरू की गई थी।

Dabur India has become the first Indian consumer goods company to be completely plastic waste neutral. It has done this by collecting, processing and recycling around 27,000 metric tonnes of post-consumer plastic waste during the financial year 2021-22. Dabur has achieved a milestone of surpassing its plastic packaging usage with recycling. Dabur’s plastic waste management initiative under the Plastic Waste Management Rules was launched in 2017-18.

WSDS 2022 will be organized under the umbrella theme of ‘Towards a Resilient Planet: To ensure a sustainable and equitable future’. The upcoming edition will be held as a hybrid event scheduled from February 16-18, 2022 in New Delhi, India.
