इक्वाडोर के राष्ट्रपति गुयलेरमो लासो ने हिंसक ड्रग अपराधों में वृद्धि के कारण दक्षिण अमेरिकी देश में 60 दिनों के आपातकाल की घोषणा की है। राष्ट्रपति लासो ने मादक पदार्थों की तस्करी और खपत को हत्याओं, घरेलू चोरी, वाहनों और सामानों की चोरी, और तस्करी में वृद्धि के पीछे मुख्य चालकों के रूप में इंगित किया है।

Ecuador’s President Guillermo Lasso has declared a 60-day state of emergency in the South American country due to a rise in violent drug crimes. President Lasso has pointed to drug trafficking and consumption as the main drivers behind the increase in homicides, domestic theft, theft of vehicles and goods, and smuggling.

National Award winning actress Divya Dutta has published her second book titled “The Stars in My Sky: Those Who Brighten My Film Journey”. Published by Penguin Random House India, the book will be released on October 25, 2021. In her new book, Divya Dutta shares her experiences with some of the stalwarts of Bollywood who played an important role in her film career.

India, Israel, the United Arab Emirates and the United States have decided to launch a new Quadrilateral Economic Forum. The quadrilateral builds on the ongoing cooperation between the US, Israel and the UAE following the Abrahamic Agreement last year. The Quad Grouping decided to establish an international forum for economic cooperation and discuss the possibilities of joint infrastructure projects expanding economic and political cooperation in the Middle East and Asia.

अभियान शुरू होने के लगभग 9 महीनों में, भारत ने 21 अक्टूबर को COVID-19 टीकों की 100 करोड़ खुराकें पूरी कर ली है। पीएम मोदी ने इस उपलब्धि को “भारतीय विज्ञान, उद्यम और 130 करोड़ भारतीयों की सामूहिक भावना की जीत” कहा है। प्रधानमंत्री ने यहां राम मनोहर लोहिया अस्पताल का दौरा किया और स्वास्थ्य कर्मियों और वैक्सीन प्राप्त करने वाले लोगों से बातचीत की।

In almost 9 months since the campaign started, India has completed 100 crore doses of COVID-19 vaccines on 21 October. PM Modi called the achievement a “victory of Indian science, enterprise and the collective spirit of 130 crore Indians”. The Prime Minister visited the Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital here and interacted with health workers and those receiving the vaccine.

Madhya Pradesh government has announced the implementation of “Mukhyamantri Ration Aapke Dwar Yojana” which will start from November 2021. Under this scheme ration will be made available at the doorstep of the villagers where there are no fair price shops.

Denmark, Norway and Finland top the World Justice Project’s (WJP) Rules Index 2021.
