Bangladesh’s Faroz Faiza Beether has been selected for the 2021 Changemaker Award by the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation for her work promoting good health and wellness. The award honors an individual who has inspired change from personal experience or leadership position.

The Government of India has hosted the first India-United Kingdom Consular Dialogue in virtual medium. Joint Secretary in the Ministry of External Affairs Devesh Uttam led the Indian delegation while the UK delegation was led by Jennifer Anderson. The two sides discussed ways to strengthen people-to-people contacts as part of the India-UK 2030 roadmap.

The Digital Quality of Life Index 2021, conducted by the cybersecurity company Surfshark based in British Virgin Islands, ranks countries based on five fundamental digital well-being pillars internet affordability, internet quality, electronic infrastructure, electronic security, and electronic government.n Overall, India ranked 59th among 110 countries, dropping two spots, on the index.

ओडिशा 24 नवंबर से 5 दिसंबर तक यहां कलिंगा स्टेडियम में पुरुष हॉकी जूनियर विश्व कप की मेजबानी करेगा। हॉकी इंडिया ने हाल ही में ओडिशा सरकार से दो महीने में होने वाले पुरुष जूनियर विश्व कप के लिए उनका समर्थन करने के लिए संपर्क किया था। पटनायक ने इस आयोजन के लिए लोगो और ट्रॉफी का भी अनावरण किया। लखनऊ ने 2016 में टूर्नामेंट के आखिरी संस्करण की मेजबानी की थी जहां भारत ने सम्मान का दावा किया था।

Odisha will host the Men’s Hockey Junior World Cup from November 24 to December 5 at the Kalinga Stadium here. Hockey India had recently approached the Odisha government to support them for the Men’s Junior World Cup to be held in two months. Patnaik also unveiled the logo and trophy for the event. Lucknow hosted the last edition of the tournament in 2016 where India claimed the honours.
