प्रसिद्ध अर्थशास्त्री सुमन के बेरी 1 मई को सरकार के थिंक टैंक नीति आयोग के उपाध्यक्ष के रूप में कार्यभार संभालेंगे और अगले आदेश तक कार्यालय में बने रहेंगे, कैबिनेट की नियुक्ति समिति ने कहा। वह राजीव कुमार की जगह लेंगे जिन्होंने पद से इस्तीफा दे दिया है, लेकिन 30 अप्रैल तक पद पर बने रहेंगे। बेरी तत्काल प्रभाव से पूर्णकालिक सदस्य के रूप में थिंक टैंक में शामिल होंगे। Noted economist Suman K Bery will take charge as the vice-chairman of the government’s think tank Niti Aayog on May 1 and will remain in the office till further orders, the Appointments Committee of the Cabinet said . He will replace Rajiv Kumar who has resigned from the post, but will continue in office till April 30. Bery will join the think tank as a full-time member with immediate effect.

Under the service, a passenger, after boarding the bus, will have to tap his/her smartcard in front of the digital machine affixed near the entrance. A green tick mark will allow the passenger to board the bus. The fare will then be deducted from the passenger’s smartcard or the mobile app after he/she de-boards by taping out.
