हिमाचल प्रदेश ने जयपुर के सवाई मानसिंह स्टेडियम में फाइनल में तमिलनाडु को 11 रन (वीजेडी मेथड) से हराकर अपना पहला विजय हजारे ट्रॉफी खिताब जीता। तमिलनाडु ने पहले बल्लेबाजी करते हुए 49.4 ओवर में चुनौतीपूर्ण कुल 314 रन बनाए। जवाब में, हिमाचल ने 47.3 ओवरों में 4 विकेट पर 299 रन बनाए जब खराब रोशनी ने खेलना बंद कर दिया और वीजेडी (वी जयदेवन शासन) पद्धति के माध्यम से पीछा करने वाली टीम को विजेता घोषित किया गया।

Himachal Pradesh won their maiden Vijay Hazare Trophy title by defeating Tamil Nadu by 11 runs (VJD method) in the final at Sawai Mansingh Stadium in Jaipur. Batting first, Tamil Nadu scored a challenging total of 314 runs in 49.4 overs. In reply, Himachal scored 299 for 4 in 47.3 overs when bad light stopped play and the team chasing through the VJD (V Jayadevan regime) method was declared the winner.

तमिलनाडु के मुख्यमंत्री एम.के. स्टालिन ने जनता द्वारा कपड़े के थैलों के उपयोग को बढ़ावा देने और प्लास्टिक की थैलियों के उपयोग को हतोत्साहित करने के लिए ‘मीनदम मंजप्पाई’ योजना शुरू की है। ‘पीले’ कपड़े के थैले या ‘मंजापाई’ के उपयोग पर इस जागरूकता अभियान का उद्देश्य लोगों को इस पर्यावरण के अनुकूल बैग के उपयोग पर लौटने और प्लास्टिक बैग को त्यागने के लिए प्रोत्साहित करना है। राज्य सरकार ने 1 जनवरी, 2019 से 14 प्रकार के प्लास्टिक के उत्पादन, उपयोग, भंडारण, वितरण, परिवहन या बिक्री पर प्रतिबंध लगा दिया था।

Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M.K. Stalin has launched the ‘Meendam Manjappai’ scheme to promote the use of cloth bags by the public and to discourage the use of plastic bags. The purpose of this awareness campaign on the use of ‘yellow’ cloth bags or ‘manjapai’ is to encourage people to return to the use of this eco-friendly bag and give up plastic bags. The state government had banned the production, use, storage, distribution, transport or sale of 14 types of plastics with effect from January 1, 2019.

मध्य प्रदेश में विश्व संगीत तानसेन उत्सव का 97वां संस्करण ग्वालियर में शुरू हुआ। 25 दिसंबर से 30 दिसंबर तक शहर में पांच दिवसीय विश्व संगीत तानसेन उत्सव शुरू होता है। कार्यक्रम के मंच का निर्माण ओंकारेश्वर स्थित सिद्धनाथ मंदिर की थीम पर किया गया है। संगीत समारोह में भारत ही नहीं बल्कि विदेशों से भी कई कलाकार भाग लेंगे।

The 97th edition of the World Music Tansen Utsav in Madhya Pradesh began in Gwalior. The five-day World Sangeet Tansen festival begins in the city from December 25 to December 30. The stage of the program has been built on the theme of the Siddhanath temple located in Omkareshwar. Not only India but also many artists from abroad will participate in the music festival.

भारतीय मूल के नारंद्रन ‘जोडी’ कोल्लापन को दक्षिण अफ्रीका की सर्वोच्च न्यायिक पीठ, संवैधानिक न्यायालय में नियुक्त किया गया है। सार्वजनिक साक्षात्कार की लंबी प्रक्रिया के बाद संवैधानिक न्यायालय में नवीनतम परिवर्धन के रूप में 64 वर्षीय कोल्लापन और राममाका स्टीवन मथोपो की नियुक्ति हुई । दोनों 1 जनवरी, 2022 से पदभार ग्रहण करेंगे। राष्ट्रपति सिरिल रामाफोसा ने लंबे सार्वजनिक साक्षात्कार के बाद संवैधानिक न्यायालय में राममाका स्टीवन मथोपो और कोल्लापन की नियुक्ति की घोषणा की।

Indian-origin Narandran ‘Jodi’ Kollapan has been appointed to the Constitutional Court, the highest judicial bench of South Africa. The latest additions to the Constitutional Court were the appointment of 64-year-old Kollapan and Ramamaka Steven Mathopo after a lengthy process of public interviews. Both will assume office from January 1, 2022. President Cyril Ramaphosa announced the appointment of Ramamaka Steven Mathopo and Kollapan to the Constitutional Court after a lengthy public interview.

इंडिया यामाहा मोटर प्राइवेट लिमिटेड ने घोषणा की है कि ईशिन चिहाना ने अपने नए अध्यक्ष के रूप में समूह के भारत संचालन का कार्यभार संभाला है। उन्होंने मोटोफुमी शितारा की जगह ली है। चिहाना 1991 से यामाहा मोटर कंपनी और दुनिया भर में इसके समूह की कंपनियों के साथ जुड़े हुए है।

India Yamaha Motor Pvt Ltd has announced that Ishin Chihana has taken over the India operations of the group as its new Chairman. He replaces Motofumi Shitara. Chihana has been associated with Yamaha Motor Company and its group companies around the world since 1991.

Sanju Verma, an economist and national spokesperson of BJP, has authored a new book titled “The Modi Gambit: Decoding Modi 2.0”. The book depicts various achievements in the last 2 years of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s second term as the Prime Minister of India. The foreword to the book is penned by Padma Shri Mohandas Pai and the afterword is penned by noted journalist Anand Narasimhan, Managing Editor of CNN News 18.
