The length of this ship is 24 meters and it has seating space for 50 passengers. Chidambaranar Port has become the country’s first green hydrogen hub port.

The new government of New Zealand (New Zealand Tobacco Law) is going to remove the ban on the sale of tobacco. This will come into effect from July this year. Additionally, nicotine content in smoked tobacco products will be reduced and the number of tobacco retailers will be reduced by more than 90%. The Mizoram Assembly on Wednesday passed a resolution against the Centre’s decision to erect fencing along the India-Myanmar border. The decision to cancel the Free Movement Arrangement (FMR) between the two countries was also opposed. The proposal was made by the State Home Minister. Sapdanga presented and appealed to the Center to reconsider these decisions. Sapdanga alleged that the recent decisions were mainly driven by the demands of the Manipur government.

Peru has declared a health emergency in response to increasing cases of dengue fever throughout the country. Health Minister Cesar Vasquez announced on Monday that more than 31,000 cases of dengue have been reported within the first eight weeks of 2024, resulting in 32 deaths. The emergency declaration will cover 20 of Peru’s 25 regions. Peru is facing higher temperatures and heavy rainfall from 2023 due to the El Nino weather phenomenon.

व्याख्या:- केंद्रीय मंत्रिमंडल ने पावरचिप ताइवान (Powerchip Taiwan) के सहयोग से टाटा समूह द्वारा बनाए जाने वाले देश के पहले सेमीकंडक्टर फैब (Semiconductor fab) को मंजूरी दे दी। इस सेमीकंडक्टर फैब की स्थापना धोलेरा, गुजरात में की जाएगी। आईटी मंत्री अश्विनी वैष्णव ने बताया कि सेमीकंडक्टर फैब प्रति माह 50,000 वेफर्स की क्षमता के साथ काम करेगा।
The Union Cabinet approved the country’s first semiconductor fab to be built by Tata Group in collaboration with Powerchip Taiwan. This semiconductor fab will be established in Dholera, Gujarat. IT Minister Ashwini Vaishnav said that the semiconductor fab will operate with a capacity of 50,000 wafers per month.
