Gukesh won the tournament on tie-break. Before this, R. Praggnanandhaa had qualified for the Candidates by finishing second in the FIDE World Cup 2023 held in Baku, Azerbaijan this year.

A team of researchers from the Department of Botany, Visva-Bharati University has made an unprecedented discovery that has the potential to revolutionize agricultural practices. The first conference was held in Dharamshala in June 2022 and the second in Delhi in January 2023.
