On the occasion of International Day of Forests celebrated in Tikli village, Haryana, Environment, Forest and Climate Change Minister Bhupendra Yadav unveiled the Aravalli Environmental Curtain Project in the four states of the Aravalli mountain range, which aims to protect 5 forests around the Aravalli hill range. Kilometer area has to be made green. The Aravalli Environmental Curtain Project is an important initiative that aims to afforest an area of 5 km around the Aravalli hill range in Haryana, Rajasthan, Gujarat and Delhi.

व्याख्या:- केंद्रीय गृह मंत्री अमित शाह ने नई दिल्ली में वैदिक विरासत पोर्टल का उद्घाटन किया। पोर्टल का प्राथमिक उद्देश्य वेदों में निहित संदेशों को संप्रेषित करना और इसे आम लोगों के लिए अधिक सुलभ बनाना है। केंद्रीय संस्कृति मंत्री जी किशन रेड्डी के अनुसार, वैदिक विरासत पोर्टल में अब चारों वेदों की ऑडियो-विजुअल रिकॉर्डिंग है। इन रिकॉर्डिंग में चार वेदों के 18,000 से अधिक मंत्र हैं, जिनकी कुल अवधि 550 घंटे से अधिक है।

The primary objective of the portal is to communicate the messages contained in the Vedas and make it more accessible to the common people. According to Union Culture Minister G Kishan Reddy, the Vedic Heritage Portal now has audio-visual recordings of all the four Vedas. These recordings contain over 18,000 mantras from the four Vedas, with a total duration of over 550 hours.

The Indian Army and Air Force conducted a 96-hour multi-domain air and land exercise named ‘Vayu Prahar’ in the eastern sector. The joint exercise ‘Vayu Prahar’ by the Army and the Air Force was aimed at enhancing the operational capability of the Army in the event of air strikes in the high altitude battle areas and to accelerate the system for carrying out contingency operations. The exercise took place in the second week of March amid the ongoing standoff between India and China on the Line of Actual Control (LAC).

व्याख्या:- केंद्रीय गृह मंत्री अमित शाह ने गोरता (कर्नाटक) में 200 लोगों की याद में बने ‘गोरता शहीद स्मारक’ का उद्घाटन किया। बकौल शाह, महज़ ढाई फीट ऊंचे तिरंगे को फहराने पर हैदराबाद के निज़ाम की निजी सेना ‘रज़ाकार्स’ ने मई 1948 में गोरता में तकरीबन 200 लोगों की हत्या कर दी थी। उस समय गोरता हैदराबाद रियासत का हिस्सा था। कर्नाटक में 103 फीट ऊंचा तिरंगा फहराया व ‘गोरता शहीद स्मारक’ का उद्घाटन किया। शाह ने कहा आज गर्व से कह सकता हूं कि इसी ज़मीन पर हमने तिरंगा फहराया है।”
Union Home Minister Amit Shah inaugurated the ‘Gorta Martyr’s Memorial’ built in memory of 200 people in Gorta (Karnataka). According to Shah, about 200 people were killed in Gorta in May 1948 by ‘Razakars’, the private army of the Nizam of Hyderabad, for hoisting a tricolor just two and a half feet high. At that time Gorta was a part of the princely state of Hyderabad. Hoisted 103 feet high tricolor in Karnataka and inaugurated ‘Gorta Martyr’s Memorial’. Shah said today I can proudly say that we have hoisted the tricolor on this land.

For the first time in the country, ICICI Lombard General Insurance launched ‘Cashless Anywhere’ facility for health insurance policyholders to avail cashless facilities at any hospital. This facility will be subject to the approval of the hospital for cashless facility. Policyholders have to inform the company 24 hours before the date of admission giving basic information about the patient, policy details, name of the hospital, diagnosis and treating doctor.
