The Supreme Court of India on Thursday launched ‘Suswagatam’, an online facility for visitors to generate electronic passes online to enter the premises of the apex court. The portal named Suswagatam allows visitors, litigants, lawyers, judicial law clerks, employees, litigants and journalists to apply online for electronic passes. Earlier, the process was that visitors had to stand in queues at the e-seva center to obtain paper passes before being allowed entry into the court premises.

The World Health Organization (WHO) will organize the Traditional Medicine Global Summit in Gandhinagar, Gujarat on August 17 and 18 to discuss the role of traditional, complementary and integrative medicine in tackling serious health challenges. Aditya-L1 is planned to be placed in a halo orbit around the Lagrange point 1 (L1) of the Sun-Earth system, about 1.5 million km from Earth. According to ISRO, the mission will be launched by ISRO PSLV rocket from Satish Dhawan Space Center SHAR (SDSC SHAR) in Sriharikota. The Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO) said that Aditya-L1, which will be the first space-based Indian mission to study the Sun, is getting ready for launch.
