Indian captain Rohit Sharma completed 10,000 ODI runs during the Asia Cup 2023 Super Four match against Sri Lanka in Colombo. Rohit Sharma achieved the feat after scoring 23 runs with the help of six sixes during his 241st innings in this format. The 36-year-old Sharma became the sixth Indian batsman to cross the milestone and the second fastest batsman behind Virat Kohli in terms of innings played.

The first India Saudi Arabia Investment Forum meeting was held on 11 September 2023 in New Delhi. It was attended by policy makers, businessmen from both the countries and more than 50 Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) and agreements were signed for cooperation in the fields of Information and Communication Technology (ICT), entrepreneurship, chemicals, energy and advanced manufacturing. The meeting was held following the visit of Saudi Arabia’s Crown Prince and Prime Minister Salman bin Abdulaziz to India in 2019.ayog (a policy think tank in India) and the City of London is the centerpiece of this collaboration.
