Petroleum and Natural Gas Minister Hardeep Singh Puri yesterday inaugurated the first pilot project for producing jet fuel from alcohol in Pune. Fuel for planes can be produced in this project. The project has been set up at the Research and Development Department of Praj Industries Group at Pirangut Industrial Estate near Pune.
